Draft Helper ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase).
• Usage data: We use PostHog analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, features used). For non-logged-in visitors, this data is anonymous.
• Email address (optional): If you use the "Save this site for later" feature, we send a one-time link to your email. We do not store this email or add you to any mailing list.
• Extension settings: If you use the Draft Helper browser extension, your draft platform usernames and board settings are stored in your browser's local storage and synced to your account.

2. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• PostHog: Analytics to understand site usage. Only creates user profiles for logged-in users.
• Supabase: Authentication session cookies to keep you logged in.
• Advertising: If we run paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Reddit Ads), those platforms may set their own cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or the platform's own privacy controls.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Draft Helper service
• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To send you a one-time link if you request it
• To understand how the site is being used so we can improve it

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services that power the product:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• PostHog — analytics
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

Draft Helper is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
